The accommodations has a traditional aspect, with open beams, stone walls and wooden flooring. It can sleep up to four people, one double bedroom fully carpeted, one large double sofa bed in the main living area; duvets, pillows and bed linen supplied.

Lounge/Dinning area, spacious open planned (20ftx30ft), with loading doors opening on to a juliet balcony above the (abandoned) Westport canal, looking towards the East. The apartment contains television, DVD  player, video, radio and C player and wireless broadband connection is. Another pair of loading doors (stable type, top part opening only), looking  down  onto   your own patio area, with seating and barbecue, allowing you to eat your meals "al fresco" along side the canal.

Bathroom with bath, electric shower, wash hand basin and bidet,   towels supplied.

Kitchen well equipped, with crockery and cooking utensils; fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker, washing machine, iron and ironing board. A tumble dryer is available

The Garden can be used for barbeques or other   activities.

Parking, there is plenty of off road parking next   to your own private entrance
